From a nutritional stance, it’s just as well, as apples are packed with useful amounts of the vitamin c and fibre that kids (like adults) need for optimum immune and digestive functioning, particularly in autumn/winter!
With today being National Apple Day, we’re giving a nod to the huge potential for family wellbeing that still ensues from that old ‘apple a day...’ adage.
For baking, biting and even bobbing (we’re all in need of some #lockdown2 inspiration, right?!), apples are certainly our bag this autumn!
