Recipe: Baby wholemeal blinis

You’ll need:

200g wholemeal flour
1 egg
400ml milk
Olive oil

Add the egg to the flour, then whisk while slowly adding the milk, to make a thick batter.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Add 4 separate dollops of batter to the pan, evenly spaced, and flip each one after 1 minute, turning until golden brown.

Repeat until batter is gone.

Leave the blinis to cool on a plate.

Serve on their own or with homemade hummus, tzatziki or guacamole.
